Principal Physiotherapist, Guy Terkelsen was inspired to become a physiotherapist after having many trips to his local physio whilst growing up playing competitive sports. Guy represented his town, state and country in several sports including soccer, water polo and rugby union.
Whilst still active but not competitive (well past his prime), Guy enjoys surfing and going to the gym. Guy has settled in Port Macquarie with his beautiful wife Rebecca as they love the community and coastal lifestyle. Guy continues to hold the title of who can “eat the most lunches” at Hastings Physio and Health.
Guy’s special interest areas:
Rhyannon grew up in Launceston Tasmania (don’t hold that against her) before moving to the mainland to study Physiotherapy, spending some time in the rural New South Wales as part of her studies.
She has a great sense of humour and loves a good joke. She is always up for a chat and loves to get to know her patients so she can help them achieve their individual goals.
Rhyannon loves living in Port and only being a stroll away from the beach. In her downtime, you can find Rhyannon participating in a number of different sports locally including hockey, oztag and touch. She also enjoys painting and drawing when she gets the chance.

Growing up, Georgia was always into fitness and Netball and naturally wanted to work in this field. Physiotherapy provided her with the opportunity to have an in-depth understanding of the human body. This allows her to assist other people to achieve their overall health and wellbeing goals. Something Georgia is passionate about.
When not treating patients, Georgia can be found keeping active by running, swimming or cycling ash she has recently taken up triathlon. Additionally, Georgia enjoys going camping and spending as much time as possible outdoors.
