What makes our Tai Chi different?
A University-trained health professional will always be running our classes. Our occupational therapist is skilled in adapting and modifying Tai Chi to suit your individual function to ensure it is a safe and effective way to improve your balance, coordination and posture.
Who can do Tai Chi?
We have Tai Chi classes to suit all abilities!
- If you are active and want to work on high-level balance, we have standing classes.
- If you are getting back to exercise or want to work on balance for falls prevention, we have standing with optional seated classes.
- If you have an extra set of wheels, we have our Wheelies and Walkers seated only class!
