Why I love Physio: 

Lots of variety and keeps me active. I love teaching and participating in Pilates and exercise. I love helping people improve their symptoms and teaching them about their bodies, empowering them to help themselves.

I'm a lake Cathie girl but been living in Melbourne for the last 6 years. I have moved back to enjoy the climate and lifestyle with my hubby and 2 little kids.
