At Hastings Physio and Health, our primary focus is getting you the best results in a safe environment. Before joining a core exercise class, all participants are required to meet with one of our exercise physiologists. During the initial assessment, the exercise physiologist will take you through some of the foundations of Pilates, such as breathing, neutral posture and how to activate your core to ensure you are comfortable when you start classes.

12-Week Program with Assessments: Our 12-week balance program includes two assessments to track your progress.
Sassy Seniors - is a low-impact exercise class aimed at improving strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility all while having some fun.
Led by a qualified exercise physiologist, our Sassy Seniors program gives you movements and exercises specifically designed to target the areas where we might lose strength and flexibility as we age.
Who is it for?
Senior members of our community, who want to maintain their strength and fitness, and stay active.
Fun and Friendly Environment: Our Sassy Seniors classes provide a supportive and social environment. During our classes, we laugh and have a great time whilst getting fitter.
Limited Class Size: maximum class size of 10 participants.
Rebates: Our classes may be eligible for Private Health Fund Rebates and Home Care Packages or DVA making the program even more accessible for everyone.
Our Balance Classes are led by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists experienced when it comes to body mechanics and achieving your goals, at any age. Our balance program places a strong emphasis on lower body strengthening exercises, specifically designed to enhance muscle tone, improve stability, and boost overall strength. These exercises are carefully curated to suit the needs of each individual.
Who is it for?
Older members of our community, who want to maintain their mobility and independence at home and decrease their risk of falls.
All Mobility Aids Welcome: Walkers or walking sticks – bring them along! Our classes are designed for everyone, no matter what you use to get around.
Fun and Friendly Environment: Our classes provide a supportive and social environment. We understand the importance of building confidence in getting around, and our program fosters a sense of accomplishment and camaraderie.
