The Youth Performance Academy (YPA) is an elite 8-week small-group training program designed for athletes aged 13 to 18 to help you recover, rebuild, and reach peak performance—the right way.
Led by qualified physiotherapist Trent McBlane, YPA combines expert rehab support with cutting-edge strength and conditioning, so every athlete can train smarter, stay injury-free, and take their performance to the next level.
