I’ve worked predominantly in private practice but have also worked in the private hospital alongside our local orthopaedic surgeons. My approach to patient care is creating an individualised treatment program based on each person’s different needs and goals. This usually combines both hands-on treatment and exercises tailored to you. I’m also passionate about empowering people through education – for both patients and the physios that I run a mentoring program for.
I have a golden retriever puppy, Luna, who is equal parts cute and crazy!! When she isn’t busy doing her “creative decorating” at home, you can find us strolling along or swimming at Lighthouse Beach together.
