This innovative program includes the use of cutting-edge Balance Mat technology as part of its diagnostic process, ensuring a scientific, accurate assessment of participants’ progress from start to finish.

Erin Freeman is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 20 years of experience. Erin has developed the Take a Stand For Falls Prevention program to provide older patients with the tools they need to maintain their independence, prevent falls, and improve their overall well-being. Erin’s approach is centred on evidence-based practices and personalised care, ensuring each participant receives the attention and support they need to succeed.
