My ethos as a physiotherapist is to provide care that not only makes you feel better, but helps you understand what is going on. Education is a key component, as the more you understand about your condition, the easier you it will be to manage! I am committed to making my patients feel less pain and more confidence in their own skin.
I have been big on travel in the last few years, and now only have one more continent to visits (excluding Antarctica!) which I am hoping to complete in the next 3-5 years! I am also currently a part-time Zoo keeper with both my cat Gracie and dog Luna at home.
