Paul grew up in the Cronulla area and graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy in 1984. He worked in the Gosford and Coffs Harbour regions prior to purchasing the current physiotherapy practice in Port Macquarie in 1986.
Paul was drawn to physiotherapy from his lifelong interest in sports and fitness and managing his own injuries as a junior sportsman. He has over 30 years of hands-on physiotherapy experience, has a graduate degree in physiotherapy and is an “Approved Institute of Sport Provider”. Paul has worked as a physiotherapist with many sporting teams and clubs over the years in Rugby League, Rugby Union and Touch Football.
What he enjoys most about Hastings Physio and Health is the great teamwork environment and wonderful and interesting patients from all ages and walks of life. Paul’s areas of special interest include orthopaedic injuries and sports injury management; biomechanical analysis of movement to help with ankle, knee, back, neck and shoulder pain; extensive orthopaedic and fracture management; and management of long-term neck and back pain with exercise prescription.
Apart from his passion for work, Paul enjoys spending time travelling with his wife and two children. He also finds time to enjoy surfing, playing touch football, cycling and flying.
