Refunds
If the product you have purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund. Refunds and replacements will not be offered for change of mind or after 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment.

Cancellations
As we run a busy clinic, if for some reason you need to move or cancel future appointments, we require 24 hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee of $79 will be charged. Failure to attend scheduled appointments not only disrupts your treatment progress but also takes the spot of another client who may have been able to attend in your place. We send out SMS reminders the day prior to your appointment to assist you in that regard.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient a $79 missed appointment fee.
