You’ll work alongside a collaborative group of physios, remedial massage therapists and admin staff — all under one roof. We cross-refer, share knowledge, and support each other daily.
Our patients receive clear, goal-based Rehab Action Plans (RAPs) from their first visit. As an EP, you’ll step in at just the right time — helping people transition from treatment to sustainable, long-term movement habits.
You won’t be stuck in a clinic all day. Our EPs are actively involved in community health programs including aged care, Aboriginal community initiatives like FitMob, and Beat It through Diabetes Australia. If you’re passionate about accessible health and making a difference at the grassroots level — you’ll love this part of the role.
All our sites are fitted with purpose-built gyms and functional spaces so you can deliver high-quality exercise-based rehab without compromise.
You’ll be mentored by Erin Freeman, an Accredited EP with over 20 years of experience across clinical, community and chronic disease settings. Erin leads our EP team with a calm, practical approach and a genuine passion for helping the next generation of EPs thrive.
We’re proud to be the preferred providers for groups like NSW Police, EML, Ipar, and local sporting clubs, including the Port Pirates, IONA and Wauchope Blues.
